About Me
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 15 years of experience providing mental health counseling to children, adults, couples, and families.
Over the years, I’ve primarily worked with clients experiencing anxiety and depression and various relationship difficulties. My clinical interests also include attachment issues, spiritual and self-esteem concerns, and disordered eating issues, I am passionate about the integration of a client’s spiritual journey into the therapeutic process. Additionally, I enjoy working with couples preparing for marriage and am a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator.
I received my Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Seminary in Pasadena, California and my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University. I am licensed in the State of Texas as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
My career began at the Glen Roberts Child Study Center in Glendale, CA and the Child and Family Center in Santa Clarita, CA, where I spent six years training. I then owned a private practice in Santa Monica for two years before moving to Texas. After five years working as a counselor at the A&M Christian Counseling Center, I opened my private practice in Bryan, Texas.
